Includes the mythical letter from the Texas Reverend thanking Marvel for their depiction of God - a letter concocted by Steve and Frank and sent from Texas whilst Steve was on tour. It was received by Jim Starlin in the mail room, shown to Roy (who ordered it be printed) and sent to Stan Lee.
