To help save you time though, here are answers to some common questions:

1. Why has my order not shipped?

Most often, if an order has not shipped by the time you expected it to, you may have forgotten that you declined the "saver" and "premium" shipping options at checkout and instead chose "add to reserves". That option has no cost and is only to allow you to reserve items for later shipping so you can make a purchase now before an item sells out but then combine multiple items later to save on shipping.

You can check on the shipping option you selected by logging in to your account to check your order history or by referring to the order confirmation email you received when you placed the order.

Whenever you're ready for add to reserves orders to ship, just contact us and we'll send you an invoice for the shipping charge so we can get everything on the way to you.

2. I'm trying to pay for my subscription order but I can't checkout because something is sold out.

Subscription orders are generally generated on Sunday and payment is due by the following Saturday at midnight CST. If you do not make your payment by the deadline, you can still make a payment later but the hold on the books is automatically released after the deadline has passed which means the items are no longer reserved and other customers may purchase them. If one or more items do sell out before you attempt to make a late payment, you'll need to let us know which item or items they are (this will be indicated at checkout). We can then remove them so you can complete your purchase and we will restock those items if it's possible to do so.

Please keep in mind though that the weekly deadline for subscription orders is important and most items cannot be restocked once they sell out. To avoid this risk, you can always put a credit card on file for automatic payment processing of your weekly subscriptions.
