The Vision becomes the chairman of the Avengers.
The Vision begins his experiments that will eventually connect him to every computer in the world.
The Vision decides to create a second branch of the Avengers and appoints Hawkeye as its leader. The idea being that two teams can better combat the coming threat posed by the Dire Wraiths.
