"The Parents of Peter Parker!" – (40-page story) – Peter learns the truth about his parents. First, he believes them to be traitors working for the Nazi villain Red Skull, but in the end he finds that they were double agents and is able to exonerate them.

"A Day at the Daily Bugle" – (1-page illustration) – Pin-up of the Bugle office featuring J. Jonah Jameson, Joe Robertson, Ned Leeds, and Betty Brant.

"Peter Parker, The Super Sports Star" – (2-page feature) – Peter Parker day dreaming about using his spider-powers in a number of different sports.

"Where It's At!" – Map of Manhattan, showing where the regular places featured in Amazing Spider-Man are located.

"This is Spidey As We Know Him But - " – (2-page feature) – Drawings of Spider-Man that are parodies of various Sunday funny strips, including Dick Tracy, Micky Mouse, Superman, Archie and Charlie Brown.

"Here We Go-A-Plotting!" – (3-page story) – Stan Lee, Larry Lieber and John Romita are stuck for ideas for an upcoming issue of Amazing Spider-Man. They come up with a concept about Aunt May hiring a house maid who turns out to be Dr. Doom in disguise. They all agree on what should happen in the story, but right when they're about to put it to paper, Roy Thomas enters the room and tells them his latest Avengers story: About how the Avengers hire a house maid who turns out to be Dr. Doom. With Thomas beating them to the punch, they decide to start all over again with a new story idea.

NOTE: John Romita has indicated that he worked very closely with Larry Lieber on this annual, page by page. He is credited as – "Jazzy Johnny Romita, Chaotic Consultant" on the first story.

NOTE: John Romita did preliminary layouts for the "Here We Go-A-Plotting!" feature that were then completely redone by Marie Severin. According to an interview with her, she wrote this story, which was edited by Stan Lee.
