"The Spider or the Man?" – (19-page story) – Spider-Man stops a bank robbery. He realizes that he doesn't get the same "charge" out of it as before; that he wants his life to revolve around Gwen Stacy; that he'd be better off without Spider-Man. Back home, he drinks an experimental potion that will take away his powers. Parker collapses on his bed. When he wakes up Peter finds that the potion has changed him, but not in the way he expected. He has become more, not less, like a spider--he has grown four extra arms!
