• "Brother Eye and Buddy Blank" – (20-page story) – The Global Peace Agency select an employee of Pseudo-People, Inc. named Buddy Blank to serve as a candidate for Project OMAC. Scientist Dr. Myron Forest develops a process that interfaces Buddy with the orbiting satellite network known as Brother Eye that has the ability to remotely transmit energy and raw data into Buddy's body, transforming him into the One-Man-Army-Corps known as OMAC.
At Pseudo-People, Inc., Buddy continues with his day to day labors, unaware of the part he now plays as an instrument of the Agency and their covert department, Section D...

NOTE: This series takes place on the same Earth as Kamandi, the Atomic Knights, and Hercules Unbound. OMAC's Earth is an alternate of Earth-One, and the time period is probably the early Eighties, not long before the atomic war of 1986.
