Stingray offers the use of Hydrobase as a landing pad for the Avengers after their clearance to land in New York City is revoked by the government.
Namor joins the Avengers.

The Avengers look for another place to launch their quintets since the FAA prevents them from launching them from Avengers Mansion. They meet up with Stingray and his wife who show off the Hydro-Base in hopes of having the Avengers rent the island. Namor shows up, but he's feeling down due to events in his life. Hercules engages him in battle and cheers him up. Cap offers Namor membership and he accepts. Meanwhile, the Enclave are reunited and they put their latest scheme into motion.
